Leader Development Institute is highly qualified to meet the needs of the client. By applying principles of curriculum and training development, and identifying a number of adult learning principles, to include: a focus on "real world" problems; emphasis on how the learning can be applied; relate the learning to the participant's goals; and, allow for debate and the challenge of ideas. Recognizing adults are multi-sensory learners - visual, aural and kinesthetic - LDi incorporates each of the three types of learning into the curriculum to ensure the greatest opportunity for all participants to learn in the mode they are most comfortable with.
