Performance management is one of the most time-consuming and dreaded tasks of a supervisor. While it's easy to deliver good news about employee performance, it can be challenging and uncomfortable to deliver messages about poor performance. In this workshop, learn how to master the art of delivering performance reviews by avoiding common errors and following best practices.
In this highly engaging workshop, participants will have the opportunity to practice delivering and implementing what they've learned so that when they leave the classroom, they will have both the cognitive knowledge and the experiential, hands-on practice of the skills to apply immediately back in the workplace.

*Continuity of Operations (COOP) is the initiative that ensures businesses and governments alike can continue operations under a broad range of circumstances and emergencies. Today's threat of COVID-19 is such a circumstance. With unprecedented closures of government offices and local businesses, as well as restricted social interactions, either imposed or self-imposed, Leader Development Institute is committed to doing our part to ensure the continuity in the training and professional development for our clients and customers. All scheduled events will be virtual events in the month of April. Should travel restrictions and social distancing be lifted we will move back to the in-person presentations as appropriate. Until then we encourage you to continue to pursue professional development for yourself and for those who supervise your staff. Leader Development Institute will continue to support your training needs and expectations.
