About the program
The increasing diversity of followers makes leader-follower relations more complex than ever before. Participants will be exposed to why followers care about leaders? Why they follow "weak" as well as "strong" characters? Lead, Follow or Get Out Of The Way is not just about supervision or management or even followership, but about being a leader among one’s peers. It’s about a bond between the leader and the follower; it’s about teamwork - regardless of rank or position. Participants will learn how to get and stay “in-sync” with their boss, listen effectively, resolve conflict, set and achieve goals and contribute to the total effectiveness of the team.

  • Learn how followers make significant contribution to the achievement of organizational goals.
  • Improve the interactive process between the leader and the follower
